We offer Free Shipping on all of our items. We offer this because sometimes the delivery timescales are longer than you might expect, so as a way of thanking you for your patience we will cover the cost.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
This varies depending on the products you order. If you have multiple items in your order, they may be coming from separate warehouses so you may receive multiple parcels and lead times. More information on delivery can be found on our Delivery page.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We use Stripe as our payment processor, and in doing so, we are able to accept most major debit and credit cards across the globe, including Google and Apple Pay.

You can also pay using PayPal if you wish.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Yes. Our entire website is using industry standard SSL which encrypts all personal information being submitted to the site. Stripe our payment processor handles your payment information, so that is never stored on our servers, and finally, our platform runs on Shopify the largest e-commerce platform in the world.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is as simple as filling your basket with your favourite pieces and proceeding through our fully mobile friendly checkout. We make the process extremely smooth for you, so there shouldn't be any need to contact us unless there is a problem.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, we do highly recommend doing so because this means we can personalise your experience in the future by showing you products based on your past purchases.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it will have automatically been sent to our warehouses to fulfil, therefore your order cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for your products to arrive and request a refund.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking your order is simple. After placing an order you'll receive a series of emails, these include an order confirmation, and order shipment and an order completion email. They include the relevant tracking information, if you create an account you also get to see the information from there too.
