Dispatch vs Delivery
On the product page for each item, you will see a dispatch estimate e.g. '2 to 3 business days' these are estimations and may take longer from time to time. Dispatch is when the item(s) are collected by our delivery partner. From dispatch, depending on where you are located, the transit times may vary. Below you will find more information on the delivery process and how long after dispatch you should expect delivery.
We work together with a few selected logistics partners to handle delivery to your delivery address. Once your item has reached the country of destination, your national postal service will receive and deliver the item to you. We've outlined the delivery options below, as well as the approximate transit times for each state.
This is our standard delivery service. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so that you can visually track your order, at anytime. Your order is packaged for safe transit and will be delivered and handled by professional delivery drivers.

Channel Islands and The Isle of Man), United States - 7-15 business days
The order is shipped via third-party feight carriers depending on the destination and may take from 1 - 4 weeks normally for delivery, although some deliveries can take longer from time to time. Our delivery dates are good faith estimates only; based on historical data and are quoted in "business days"; this does not include weekends and statutory holidays in the originating and receiving countries.
Subject to certain geographic, size and product limitations, delivery is free for orders £40.00. For any other orders it costs just £3.95.
We know that when we ship orders all over the world they leave an unavoidable carbon footprint. That's why we've committed to neutralising our shipping emissions.

We will always aim to deliver your order in full however in some cases your delivery may be split during the fulfilment process and delivered at a later time or the following day. Our delivery partners will contact you should this be the case with further updates on your expected parcel.
Thanks to our interactive live tracking system, checking the status of your order is easy! Just log in to your account, select 'My Orders', then the item you wish to review and we'll take you to a tracking page that will provide you with an update. You'll also receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as you place an order.
For some small and medium sized items, the couriers will attempt the delivery shortly after it arrives at their depot. If you're not at home when they attempt delivery, they may leave a missed delivery card and you can can call them to arrange a free re-delivery.
